Lack of Cognitive Flexibility and Digital Literacy among non-ASN employees at the Serang City Regional Secretariat, this is a significant challenge. Inability to adapt to technological changes and lack of understanding of digital technology can affect their performance. This obstacle needs to be overcome with intensive training efforts and competency improvement. This research adopted the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method for a sample of 125 non-ASN employee respondents at the Serang City Regional Secretariat through the application of the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Exogenous variables in this research includeCognitive Flexibility by utilizing 10 indicators, as wellDigital Literacy using 11 indicators.Job Satisfaction acts as an intervening variable with 11 indicators, whereasJob Performance employee is an endogenous variable with 15 indicators. A total of 7 hypotheses were tested in the framework of this research. The results of the Outer Model evaluation showed that of the total of 47 indicators tested, 11 indicators were found to be invalid because they had a loading factor value below 0.70, while the remaining 36 indicators were proven to be valid. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that of the 7 hypotheses proposed, 6 hypotheses were successfully accepted while 1 other hypothesis was rejected. However, it has been widely used for work purposes, namely communicating, collaborating, exchanging information and sharing knowledge. However, there are only a few studies that discuss the relationship between the use of social media in the workplace and employee performance in the government sector. Specifically, this research aims to identify the influence of social media use on employee performance through its impact on social capital and knowledge sharing in the government sector. This research uses quantitative methods with analysis <em>structural equation modelling partial least square </em>(SEM-PLS) with a sample of 109 non-ASN employees at BPKAD Serang City and BPKAD Serang Regency. The research results prove that there is a significant influence in the direction of a positive relationship between the use of social media in the workplace and social capital. There is no influence from the use of social media in the workplace on employee performance. There is a significant influence in the direction of a positive relationship between the use of social media in the workplace and knowledge transfer. There is a significant influence in the direction of a positive relationship between social capital and employee performance. Syarif Sumantri syarifsumantri@unj.ac.id <p><em>Game online</em> semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan anak-anak. <em>Game online</em> bukan hanya untuk bersenang-senang; mereka dapat membantu Anda mempelajari kosakata dalam bahasa Inggris. Penulis berharap dapat melakukan penyelidikan yang lebih menyeluruh mengenai dampak <em>game online</em> terhadap perolehan kosakata dalam bahasa Inggris. Penggunaan <em>game online</em> dapat memiliki dampak baik dan buruk bagi penggunanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan mengkaji bagaimana <em>game online</em> membantu kosakata siswa sekolah dasar dalam bahasa Inggris. Survei dan kuesioner digunakan dalam metodologi kuantitatif penelitian ini. Dengan skor rata-rata 78%, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan <em>game online</em> untuk meningkatkan kosakata bahasa Inggris adalah efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kosakata bahasa Inggris anak dapat ditingkatkan dengan bermain <em>game online</em>. Langkah-langkah tambahan dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan minat belajar kosakata bahasa Inggris, seperti mengidentifikasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Namun, dalam era 5.0 yang ditandai oleh perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, terdapat tantangan baru yang dihadapi oleh lulusan sarjana pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun prospek karir mereka. Masalah penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana lulusan pendidikan agama Islam dapat menghadapi dinamika era 5.0, serta bagaimana pengetahuan dan rencana pemecahan masalah dapat memberikan solusi konkret terhadap tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini merumuskan tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja kegiatan yang dilakukan sarjana PAI di era 5.0 setelah menyelesaikan kuliahnya dan langkah apa saja yang diambil. Strategi apa saja yang perlu disiapkan untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang setelah lulus di era 5.0. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Menggunakan 3 instrumen yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, setelah mendapatkan data dari instrumen tersebu langkah selanjutnya peneliti akan menanalisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan bahwa tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 bagi lulusan PAI yaitu dengan memahami seluk beluk dalam era tersebut dengan cara memahami tersebut maka kemungkinan lulusan tidak akan merasakan kesusahan dalam menemntukan pekerjaan yang cocok bagi mereka, dan pada intinya mereka harus bisa mengembangkan kemampuan yang mereka memiliki hal tersebut akan memberikan nilai tambah dan nilai pembeda dalam diri mereka.</span></p> 2024-04-17T15:48:48+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Mayya Saroh
