Tantangan dalam Implementasi Strategi Organisasi PT. Pertamina: Perspektif pendidikan

Abstract
Ketidaksesuaian antara visi dan misi dalam sebuah organisasi dapat menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam implementasi strategi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ketidaksesuaian visi-misi dan tantangan yang dihadapi PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam mengimplementasikan strateginya, khususnya dalam menghadapi dinamika industri energi global dan transisi menuju energi terbarukan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review dan analisis data sekunder, studi ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor utama yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian tersebut, termasuk kompleksitas struktur organisasi, ketidakseimbangan fokus antara profitabilitas jangka pendek dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang, serta tekanan dari pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketidaksesuaian visi-misi PT Pertamina menghambat realisasi strategi yang seharusnya mendukung transformasi menuju perusahaan energi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, konflik antara tujuan korporasi dan mandat pemerintah sebagai perusahaan BUMN memperburuk situasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penyelarasan visi dan misi yang lebih baik, didukung oleh komunikasi strategis, restrukturisasi internal, dan pengelolaan perubahan yang efektif, merupakan langkah penting untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi perusahaan besar lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa, terutama di sektor energi yang sedang mengalami perubahan fundamental.
